REFORMER 1

55 min. Full body integration class using the unique and finely tuned resistance offered by springs and pulleys of Pilates Reformers.

Great for all levels!

REFORMER 2

55 min. Pilates Reformer class for students with a little more experience. More time spent on pace and flow, with less explanation of set up, repertoire, and movement sequences.

PILATES Check In

Full body integration 45 min Pilates class using Reformer in an intensive basic body check-in. More attention to movement in all ranges of motions and sequencing at an accelerated pace to facilitate a full workout in less time.

Toe Socks required. Mask for participants are not required. You can bring your own hand/foot loops if preferred.

24-hr. cancellation required to avoid losing paid classes or private lessons.  All cancellations must be made online. No Show for classes results in losing the class with no added fees.
